Thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate your player and contribute to their growth!

Please know that each player has a reading goal of 90 minutes per week, outside of school.

Add one entry for each week that lists the total number of hours that the player spent reading
IE: Week 1 - 86, Week 2 - 94, Week 3 - 107, Week 4 - 55, Week 6 - 72, Week 7 - 104, Week 8 - 91
